Account Setup
Neuratel Studio is an invite-only platform with a hands-on onboarding process. There is no self-service signup. Every customer gets a dedicated team, a private Slack workspace, and a fully configured environment within 24 hours.
How Onboarding Works
1. Technical Consultation (Free)
Start with a complimentary consultation where our team analyzes your existing stack and operations. We'll map out:
- Your current call flows and automation gaps
- Integration requirements (CRM, ticketing, calendar, custom APIs)
- Volume expectations and scaling needs
- Compliance requirements (UAE PDPL, GDPR, recording consent)
This consultation is on the house — no commitment required.
2. Onboarding Meeting & Kick Off
Once you're ready to move forward:
- Onboarding meeting — walk through the platform, align on goals and timeline
- Dedicated Slack workspace — your private channel with direct access to the Neuratel engineering team
- Kick off — requirements locked, build begins
3. Development (Within 24 Hours)
Our team handles the initial setup for you:
| Step | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Requirements collection | Finalize agent behavior, prompts, voice selection, and call flows |
| Agent building | Your AI agents are configured and tested |
| Integration & number connection | Phone numbers provisioned, webhooks connected, CRM/API integrations wired up |
Your entire project is set up and ready within 24 hours. Once complete, we send you an invitation to the platform.
4. Platform Invite
You'll receive an invitation email with a link to app.neuratel.ai. Click the link, set your password, and you're in. The link expires after 48 hours — reach out on Slack if it lapses.
5. Pilot Testing
- Run test calls and review transcripts in the dashboard
- Fine-tune agent behavior, prompts, and voice settings
- Demo day / go live — verify everything works end-to-end with real calls
6. Full Deployment & Launch
Once pilot testing passes, you go fully live. Phone numbers are active, campaigns are running, and your agents are handling real conversations.
7. Ongoing Supervision & Maintenance
Post-launch, your dedicated Slack workspace stays active. The Neuratel team provides:
- Ongoing monitoring and performance optimization
- Agent updates and prompt refinements
- Priority support for any issues

Organization Setup
Your organization is the top-level container for all resources — agents, numbers, campaigns, team members, and API keys.
Configure Basic Details
- Go to Organization in the sidebar
- Click Settings
- Set your organization name and timezone
The timezone setting affects scheduled campaign windows and how timestamps display throughout the dashboard.
Billing
Billing setup is handled by your account team during onboarding. Once you're live, you can view your balance and usage from Organization → Billing or programmatically — see Usage Visibility. Any change to billing configuration goes through your account team on Slack.
Inviting Your Team
Once your organization is set up, invite colleagues to collaborate.
Send an Invitation
- Go to Organization in the sidebar
- Click Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address and select a role
- Click Send Invitation
Roles
| Role | What They Can Do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access: agents, numbers, campaigns, analytics, team management, billing, API keys |
| Operator | Create and manage agents, run campaigns, view analytics — no team management or billing |
| Viewer | Read-only access to agents and analytics — cannot make changes or initiate calls |
Admins can change roles or remove members at any time from the Team settings.
