Usage Visibility
Usage data is available from the dashboard and from a small set of API endpoints. This page covers the operational surface — what your team can read programmatically. Pricing, contract terms, top-ups, and any change to billing configuration are handled by your account team — reach out to them on Slack or at [email protected].

Low-balance signals
The platform raises in-app notifications and dashboard banners when your balance drops to a threshold your account team has configured for you. If you want changes to that threshold, the notification destination, or any automatic top-up behaviour, reach out to your account team — these are not exposed as self-service settings.
