Notifications
Neuratel sends in-app notifications for important platform events. Notifications appear in the dashboard bell icon. For real-time delivery to external systems, use Webhooks.
Notification Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Call Completed | A call ended — includes duration, outcome, and agent name |
| Campaign Finished | All contacts in a campaign have been processed |
| Agent Error | An agent encountered an error during a call (e.g., tool failure, provider timeout) |
| System Alert | Platform-level alerts such as approaching concurrency limits or provider degradation |
| Transfer Completed | A call was successfully transferred to a human agent |
| Recording Ready | A call recording has finished processing and is available |
Viewing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the dashboard header to open the notification panel. Each notification links to the relevant resource — click a call completed notification to go directly to that call's transcript and analytics.
Unread notifications show a badge count on the bell icon. Mark individual notifications as read or use Mark all as read to clear the count.
Notification Properties
Each notification includes:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
notification_type | Event category (e.g., call_completed, campaign_finished) |
severity | info, warning, or error |
source_type | Resource type that triggered the notification (call, campaign, agent) |
source_id | ID of the triggering resource |
is_read | Whether the notification has been read |
extra_data | Additional context specific to the notification type |
Real-Time Delivery
The dashboard receives notifications in real time via an internal event stream. No configuration needed — notifications appear automatically as events occur.
For external systems (webhooks to your backend), see Events and Webhooks.
