Status Page
Neuratel maintains a public status page that reports the real-time health of every platform component. Use it to check current availability, review past incidents, and subscribe to notifications when issues arise.

Monitored Components
The status page tracks the health of these platform components:
| Component | Description |
|---|---|
| API | Core API availability, request latency, and authentication |
| Voice Processing | Media server health, voice pipeline (STT, LLM, TTS), and audio quality |
| Phone Network | Telephony ingress and egress — inbound and outbound call connectivity |
| Dashboard | Web application availability and responsiveness |
Each component independently reports its status.
Status Indicators
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Operational | All systems functioning normally |
| Degraded Performance | Service is available but experiencing higher latency or reduced throughput |
| Partial Outage | Some functionality is unavailable — typically one sub-component or region |
| Major Outage | Significant service disruption affecting core functionality |
Incident Communication
During incidents, the Neuratel team follows a structured communication process:
- Initial Notice — Issue identified and under investigation. Affected component is marked as degraded or down.
- Status Updates — Progress updates posted at least every 30 minutes while the issue persists.
- Resolution — Issue resolved. Component marked as operational. Summary of impact and fix provided.
- Post-Mortem — For major incidents, a detailed root cause analysis is published within 5 business days.
